Frequently Asked Questions

1Why do online prices include extra fees?
Online payment totals include standard credit/debit card processing fees charged by our payment platform. These processing fees allow us to securely accept online credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Every dollar of the base fee goes directly to the band, while the processing fee covers digital transactions.
2How can I avoid paying the online processing fee?
If you would like to avoid processing fees, you are always welcome to pay by cash or check. Cash and check payments are charged strictly at the base rate ($150 for monthly trip payments, or base program fee amounts). To pay offline, place your cash or check in a sealed envelope marked with your student's full name and the payment purpose (e.g., "Pearl Harbor Trip" or "Routine Fees"), then turn it in directly to the "Band Booster Mailbox" in the band room.
3Are routine band fees separate from trip payments?
Yes. Routine marching band program fees cover local operational costs such as meals, sheet music, licensing, and competition equipment. Pearl Harbor trip payments are tracked separately and go directly toward student travel and hotel expenses.
