Concert Band is a performance-based ensemble for 10th–12th grade students, with 9th graders welcome by audition or nomination. This course focuses on developing advanced instrumental techniques through the study of high-quality concert repertoire. Students will have numerous opportunities to perform throughout the year, including local concerts and competitive festivals. Participation in Concert Band provides a strong foundation for those also looking to excel in the Blue Thunder Marching Band.
